Refund Policy


By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you fully understand what you are purchasing and agree not to file any fraudulent disputes. Any fraudulent dispute attempt may result in the termination of your account or a permanent IP ban, if necessary.

Once an order has been placed after reading and accepting these Terms of Service and Refund Policy, it cannot be canceled, stopped, or removed.

Orders placed incorrectly or with incorrect details are not eligible for a refund.

Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination.

Please do not place multiple orders for the same link using the same service simultaneously. For example, you may order views, likes, and comments at the same time for the same link, but you should not place two separate likes services for the same link simultaneously. Wait until the first order is completed before placing another.

No refund will be provided for services marked as No Guarantee, No Refill, or Cheap if the order experiences a drop or under-delivery.

Any organic views, followers, likes, or other engagements received while your order is in progress will be counted toward the total delivered amount. No refund or refill will be provided in such cases.

Please do not place the same order on BoostifyPH and another website simultaneously.

Deposits are non-refundable once completed, as they cannot be reversed. Your deposited balance must be used for orders placed on BoostifyPH.

Orders placed on the website cannot be refunded or canceled once submitted. If an order is determined to be undeliverable, a refund will be issued as account credit.

Orders placed with incorrect links, private accounts, or incorrect information are not eligible for refunds. Please verify all order details before placing your order.

Changing your username or removing your video, photo, profile, or post while an order is in progress violates our terms and voids any refund or refill eligibility.

Multiple orders placed for the same link using the same service are also not eligible for refunds.



Liabilities


BoostifyPH is not liable for any account suspension, content deletion, or other actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

We are also not responsible for any losses or damages you or your business may incur while using our services.



Service Policy


BoostifyPH reserves the right to change service rates at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Service remain effective despite any pricing changes.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times for any service. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only. Orders that are still processing will not be refunded simply because they are taking longer than expected.

Our support team works hard to deliver the services expected by our resellers. We reserve the right to substitute a service with a similar one if necessary to complete an order.


Cancellation Requests

Our services operate through an automated server. Once an order has been placed, it generally cannot be canceled.

However, cancellation requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • We fail to refill or deliver your order.
  • Your order has not started after 24 hours or beyond the stated processing time, and you wish to cancel.

If your cancellation request is approved, processing may take 3–7 business days.

Orders that are already in progress or completed without any issues cannot be canceled.


Refill Requests

If your selected service does not include a refill guarantee, BoostifyPH is not responsible for any drops and will not provide refills or refunds.



Refill Policy


No refill will be provided under the following conditions:

  • The count drops below the original start count.
  • The refill guarantee period has already expired.
  • The selected service does not include a refill option.
  • A new overlapping order has been placed for the same link.

During the refill process, it is the user's responsibility to monitor the request, follow up when necessary, and provide supporting documents (such as screenshots) if requested.



Privacy Policy


We take your privacy seriously and implement every reasonable measure to protect your personal information.

Any personal information collected will be used solely to process and complete your orders. We do not sell, share, or redistribute your personal information to third parties.

All customer information is encrypted and securely stored on protected servers.

BoostifyPH strictly prohibits the use of its platform for political activities, illegal actions, or any activity that violates these Terms of Service.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in permanent account suspension. Any remaining account balance or funds will not be withdrawable.
